As you are aware that the U.P. Government through its Sports Directorate is awarding Cash-Prize to the Medal winners of National Championships. U.P. Athletics Association is sending the list of these athletes with Merit Certificate of all the athletes every year to the U.P. Sports Directorate. But due to want of “DOMICILE Certificate & Photo-copy of BANK Account Pass Book, the Cash-Award is not being given to the Athletes. This is the responsibility of all the affiliated District Associations and Units to organise and collect these documents of individual athletes of their unit and send it to us. You are requested to expedite and ensure that the compliance is made well in time so that the athletes are awarded cash-Prize immediately after the conclusion of National Championships.
